MACHRIHANISH GOLF CLUB: Machrihanish is an internationally renowned links course set amidst the rising and falling sand dunes. Considered one of the Top 100 golf courses outside the USA, and certainly one of the best links golf courses in Great Britain. The course has had several design alterations over the years, from well respected professional players including none other than the four times open championship winner Tom Morris of St. Andrews. Machrihanish Golf Club was, voted to have "the best opening hole in golf".
